tf77 Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to register an Account and use the tf77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exception.
2. You are using the platform entirely for your own personal recreational purposes and not on behalf of any other individual, business, or organisation.
3. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of tf77, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by tf77 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason at tf77's discretion.
5. You are accessing the tf77 platform voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order that would prohibit your access to gambling services.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

tf77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a significant deposit, or at any point where tf77 has reasonable grounds to question whether the eligibility criteria are met. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification clearly showing date of birth.

Where tf77 has reasonable suspicion that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria, tf77 will suspend the Account pending verification. Any funds deposited by an ineligible Player will be handled in accordance with tf77's internal procedures and applicable regulatory guidance, which may include return of net deposits where age verification ultimately fails.

Each Player may hold exactly one Account on tf77 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. tf77 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts may be suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and any withdrawals pending from those accounts may be cancelled.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and accessible email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, your date of birth, and a chosen username and password. You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever any of the provided details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for Account verification or transaction authorisation. tf77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. You must notify tf77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

tf77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the previous three months showing your name and residential address.

Deposits made through supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during periods of high transaction volume or as a result of delays introduced by the issuing bank.

tf77 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside tf77's control. You are solely responsible for any such third-party charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit into the Account, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Account has successfully completed KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 is met.
• There are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to any portion of the Account balance.
• The Account is not subject to any pending investigation, suspension, or restriction.

tf77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed within 1–4 hours of processing approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's internal processing schedule.

Withdrawal Restrictions. tf77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, irrespective of whether the standard KYC process has previously been completed. This right is exercised where tf77 identifies unusual withdrawal patterns, a significant change in the Player's deposit or betting behaviour, or where a withdrawal request triggers internal risk-management controls.

Players may not withdraw funds that have been credited to their Account through any form of fraudulent, abusive, or colluding activity. tf77 reserves the right to void and reclaim any withdrawals made from an Account that is subsequently found to have engaged in such activity.

tf77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin packages, and tournament prize distributions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Unless an individual promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the promotion page for each individual offer. Wagering is calculated on the total bonus amount credited (not the deposit amount, unless the promotion specifies otherwise). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not utilised within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation. The expiry timeframe is stated clearly on each promotion page.

Bonus Abuse. tf77 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit, using low-variance strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics, and creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, tf77 may void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any sums that have already been withdrawn as a result of the abusive behaviour.

Promotional Accuracy. tf77 takes reasonable steps to ensure that promotional content published on the platform is accurate and free from error. Where a bonus or promotion is advertised in error — for example, at an incorrect match percentage or with an incorrect maximum bonus cap — tf77 reserves the right to correct the error and award the promotion at its intended terms, or to withdraw the promotion entirely, with reasonable notice to affected Players.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. A Player who wishes to withdraw their Account balance before completing applicable wagering requirements may do so, but any pending bonus funds and winnings generated from those bonus funds will be forfeited at the time the withdrawal request is submitted. The remaining real-money balance, if any, will be processed in the normal course.

By using the tf77 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform, and will update your Account details promptly if they change.

tf77 reserves the right to monitor Account activity and betting patterns at any time and without prior notice to you. Where activity is identified that is inconsistent with normal recreational gambling — including but not limited to matched betting patterns, unusual stake escalation, or systematic exploitation of price errors in the sportsbook — tf77 may restrict the Account to prevent further activity of that type, request additional verification, void relevant bets, and/or close the Account.

All content available on the tf77 platform — including but not limited to the tf77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, source code, audio and video elements, and promotional materials — is the property of tf77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tf77 platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include any right to:

• Download, reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any portion of the platform's content without prior written authorisation from tf77.
• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.
• Use tf77's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any context without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the tf77 website on any other website or platform without prior written authorisation.

Game content accessible through the tf77 platform is provided under licence from the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the applicable studio. tf77's licence to provide access to those games does not extend to any right for Players to reproduce, distribute, or exploit game content outside of normal gameplay.

• Information displayed on the platform — including odds, game statistics, and account balance information — will always be accurate and up to date in real time under all network conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tf77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions and the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player into their Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall tf77 be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect loss, consequential loss, special loss, or punitive damages, even if tf77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

tf77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where that failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond tf77's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, governmental actions, or third-party payment provider outages.

Changes to Terms. tf77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request Account closure.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through tf77's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
